Information and conditions for shopping at Svartzonker.com

Place an order:
When you place an order with us the order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Please check that your order and the information you provided is correct. In case of mistakes, please contact us at hej@svartzonker.com to correct the errors.
Be sure to leave email address and mobile number when you place the order so we can make contact with you for questions regarding your order.
To order, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under 18, order can be made with parents consent.

All prices shown incl. 25% VAT. You can choose different currency's in the shop.

In cooperation with Swedbank Pay, we provide safe payment with credit card. The payment is made when we start to process your order.
If you place an order from an EU country, a shipping cost is added to all orders.

On orders to Norway and Åland a shipping and export duty fee of 223.00 (SEK/NOK) will be added to the order. This is a fee that the shipping company takes to export the shipment from Sweden. No VAT is charged by us as it must be paid upon customs clearance in your country. Please note that a customs clearance fee is also added for the import of the shipment which is paid by the recipient in the respective country.

Our goods are shipped with DHL and you pick up your package at the nearest DHL service point. Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days, depending on where you live.
Orders placed during weekend and holidays are processed and sent the next working day. When ordering before 11.00, we normally ship the same day. Deviations may occur at high order intake.
If the delivery time exceeds 7 business days please contact us at hej@svartzonker.com so we can check what may have happened. The package is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.

Shipping costs:
We have a unit freight of €13,50 no matter how much you order. When you leave your mobile number with your order, notification will take place via SMS from DHL when you can pick up your package. It's therefore very important that you provide the correct mobile phone number. The order can't be processed without your mobile number.

We strive to have satisfied customers so in the event of a complaint, please contact us at hej@svartzonker.com. To get your complaint approved, please contact us before returning any products.
It also applies to using the product according to our instructions and regulations.
If a product gets damaged during transport to you, you as a customer have to make a complaint within 7 days. Please contact the shipping company that made the delivery and us at hej@svartzonker.com.

Right to withdraw purchase:
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you are always entitled to return purchases within 14 days.
The time is counted from the date you received the product and assumes that the product is in new condition and with sealed packaging.
When returning, please contact us at hej@svartzonker.com and we will approve the return. You will pay for the return cost and up until we receive the return it's considered your responsibility. The responsibility will be ours once we have received the goods.
Your purchase will be refunded within 14 days. We will not refund until the product has been returned.

Unclamed packages:
For unclaimed shipments we charge an administrative fee of € 25,00 You can not post new orders if this fee is not paid.

We reserve ourself against out of stock products and printing errors on Svartzonker.com. We reserve ourselves for price increases from suppliers. You are always welcome to contact us at hej@svartzonker.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Personal information:
We handle your personal information according to the Personal Data Act (PUL) SFS 1998: 204
We will not disclose your information to anyone other than the parties we collaborate with the current delivery and payment, and we will not include any information other than those required to handle your order.

Force majeure
Svartzonker derives from responsibility to deliver under unpredictable cases which greatly aggravates our ability to deliver and complete our agreement.
Examples of such are: natural disasters, legislative changes, burglary and tampering.
